Strategic Investment Pathways

SISC Contribution

$250,000

The Sustainable Island State Contribution offers the most direct route to citizenship through a non-refundable government contribution. Includes single applicant and family options.

Single applicant from $250,000 · Family of 4 from $300,000

Real Estate Investment

$325,000

Acquire a stake in an approved luxury development or purchase a qualifying private single-family home. The investment is held for a minimum of seven years.

Approved developments or private villas · Min. 7-year holding

Public Benefit Option

$250,000

A contribution to an approved public benefit project — cultural, charitable, or community — qualifies under this pathway. A specialised route for investors seeking a legacy beyond pure investment.

Global Mobility

Visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 150 countries, including the full EU Schengen Area, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Fiscal Sovereignty

The Federation levies no inheritance, gift, wealth, or capital gains tax. Foreign-sourced income is also exempt, offering unparalleled fiscal efficiency.

Generational Legacy

Citizenship is transferable to future generations by descent and by addition of dependents — including children, parents, and siblings — at any time.

Dual Citizenship

St. Kitts & Nevis fully permits dual and multiple citizenships. You need not renounce any existing nationality.

Process

The Application Journey

01

Consultation & Eligibility

Week 1

Assessment of your personal circumstances, financial profile, and family composition to identify the optimal pathway and structure your application for success.

Due Diligence & Documentation

Weeks 2–6

Comprehensive background checks done with approved legal partners. All supporting documents — birth certificates, financial statements, police clearances — are gathered and certified.

Investment Confirmation

Weeks 4–8

Funds are placed in escrow for the qualifying property that has been identified and reserved. All escrow arrangements are managed by licensed attorneys under Federation law.

04

Application Submission

Week 8

The completed dossier is submitted to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) in Basseterre. An acknowledgement of receipt confirms the application is in review.

05

Approval & Oath

Months 4–6

Upon approval, the Oath of Allegiance is administered and your Certificate of Citizenship is issued. Passports are typically received within 3 months of the oath.
