Selling

We begin with a listing agreement — exclusive or non-exclusive — and deploy your property across our website, social channels, and established buyer network. Exclusive listings benefit from dedicated open house events. When offers arrive, we negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible outcome.

Can I list for sale and rent the property at the same time?

Yes. We can market your property for sale while simultaneously sourcing tenants, generating rental income during the sales period.

What is the difference between exclusive and non-exclusive listing?

An exclusive listing means we are the sole agent representing your property, allowing for more focused marketing and open house events. A non-exclusive arrangement allows you to list with multiple agents — commission is paid only to the agent who secures the buyer.

Can I participate in the sale process from abroad?

Yes. Remote participation is fully supported. Your attorney handles all legal aspects of the transaction, and we manage viewings and negotiations on your behalf.

Do I need my own attorney as the vendor?

Typically the purchaser's attorney handles the legal transaction. You may optionally engage your own attorney, though it is not required.
